10 minute serving suggestion
Brown the chicken in a pan, add sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn. Coat the chicken and vegetables in the Thai green curry paste (I used one pot per portion, so 2 for my two children.) Allow to simmer for 2 minutes then add 3 tbsp of coconut milk. Simmer until the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice and enjoy!
Thai Green Curry Paste (Dairy Free)
- Beginners to Thai food will love this full-flavoured paste that combines so well with veggies such as mini sweetcorn and mange tout. Creates an aromatic and tasty meal for little ones, without the spiciness of adult Thai pastes!
Quick meal suggestion:
- Stir-fry chicken/veg, add paste and coconut milk to desired consistency. Heat through and serve with sticky rice.
- Or, mix through leftover cooked meat/veg and rice and microwave until piping hot for the quickest of meals!
- One jar contains 30g, which is about two teaspoonfuls and enough for 1-2 servings, depending on use and if additional coconut milk is added.
