Raspberry & Beetroot Recipe
- Raspberries contain more vitamin C than oranges. Raspberries can be red, purple, gold or black in colour. The gold ones are the sweetest variety, and very tasty.
- In the UK, beetroot is grown on the fertile soils of the Cambridgeshire fens – a traditional salad and vegetable growing area in the heart of England. The fens offer the perfect combination of soil, sun and water to produce a sweet, full flavoured root. Beetroot is low in calories and is a great source of nutrients.
- Each jar is sufficient for about 1-2 sandwich fillings for a hungry baby!
- They can be stored in the cupboard for up to 12 months, but once opened should be put in the fridge and used within 2 days.
