10 minute serving suggestion
Cook the chicken in a pan, coat in the Indian curry paste then add 2 tbsp passata. Simmer for 5 minutes then serve with rice and mini popodoms. I also made a mint youghurt dip to serve with our curry, simply mix a tbsp of natural yoghurt with half a teaspoon of mint sauce!
Indian Curry Paste (Dairy Free)
- A gentle introductory Indian paste with lots of tomatoes, with more depth of flavour and a small amount of spice for those little taste buds!
Quick meal suggestion:
- Cook meat/veg, add paste and extra chopped tomatoes if desired. Heat through and serve with rice/naan.
- Or, mix through leftover cooked meat/veg and rice and microwave until piping hot for the quickest of meals!
- One jar contains 30g, which is about two teaspoonfuls and enough for 1-2 servings, depending on use and if additional tomatoes/water are added.
